Hi,

I need some help with some data i have.

So i have a list of several thousand rows of data, with approx 30 columns long.

in columns J/K/L/P could all have multiples of the same data.

i am wanting it all put into a template where i can send a mail merge to the people.

the template would have several different tabs such as 1 Orders 2 Orders etc so if the customer has more than 1 order they will go on the relevant tab.

please can someone help.
Examples 1 2 and 3 are the data, the others are the template.

what column determines the number of orders?

add a 31st column that is a countif based on customer name, then xlookup or index/match on relevant tab
