Hello! I have the following formula which states if a field is negative, then bring back the number of business days between the two dates. However, due to a grace period, i also need the formula to subtract 2 days from that final value. I've tried, but it doesn't work right. Please help!

=IF(AND(G3="N",F3="Sales"),NETWORKDAYS(C3,$U$1-1),"")

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Instead of 0 or a blank in the column, as i expected, it gave me -2.

That was my error I had based the suggestion on workdays not networkdays, this formula should be correct, but if not please clarify all of the details requested.
Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(G3="N",F3="Sales"),NETWORKDAYS(C3,$U$1-1)-2,"")

Are we to assume that it is a standard working week, monday-friday with no holidays to exclude, public or otherwise? If not what is the actual working week and where are the holiday dates listed? Remember public holidays are not excluded by default, they need to be listed if they are to be excluded.

What date is in C3?
What date is in U1?
What result do you expect?
