[POWER QUERY] Grouped Running Totals with a maximum condition, groups and subgroups

Hi everyone,
Almost similar need as solved in [POWER QUERY] Grouped Running Totals with a maximum condition and a verifier.
I have groups and subgroups and need to reset running total with condition (with first row from group B). In other case, running total need to be reset when reach maximum value.

Could you help me?
