Hi Everyone

I've been using a formula at work that we would like to expand a little. We basically need it to check columns for hits/values then return the total based on a month(E20) whilst taking the latest end date in one of the criteria coloumns O or S (O:S) if that makes sense.

What I am trying to do is add in a max function to do this but it's returning a 0 so any help would be appreciated ?

=SUMIFS ('extract'!AD:AD,'extract'AD:AD,">=0",'extract'!P:P,"In Progress"&MAX('extract'!O:S)&E20

Unfortunately I can't share the doc as no external email/uploads allowed

Many thanks!

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Can you give an example of the values in P:P and also E20?

Hi in PP it's things like completed, in progress, in plan and removed. E20 is January 2021. So the greater date of coloum O or S should return a 1 if it matches E20 if that makes sense. Thanks for your help
