Quitar espacios en una variable

Hola, hay alguna instrución para quitarle los espacios a una variable?
tengo:
Dim prueba as string
prueba = Sheets("inicio").Cells(15, 13).Value

El valor de la celda a la que apunto, tiene espacios, y lo que me interesaría es quitarlos

Si se quiere quitar los espacios que "sobran", la función Trim hace esto:

prueba = Trim(prueba)

Si se quiere quitar TODOS los espacios:

prueba = Application.Substitute(prueba, Chr(32), "")
