Ranking by Group in Reverse Order

I need a way to rank by Date oldest to newest using Customer Number as the grouping. This calculated field formula ranked newest to oldest:

= RANKX(FILTER ('BR Residential',[CustID] = EARLIER ([CustID])), [TicketCompleteDate])

Hi MacFletch,
the RANKX-function has an optional 4th parameter, where you can define the sort order:

O or blank for descending and 1 for ascending.
