Referencing Pivot Table Data

I have Pivot Tables which will expand & retract over time depending on the current information loaded into them.
And I need help creating a formula that will reference the data from the pivot table to a specific format(See Screenshot).

I have tried Index and Match but at some point, I am getting an error because of the multiple criteria(Months and Weeks). Is there any other way to do it?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
