I have an export that returns an excel spreadsheet. In the first column are cells of the following text:

First name last name
Site name

I need to delete the first line of text. I’ve tried Find & Replace and entering * CTRL+J (space) but it doesn’t work. The use of CTRL+J (space) * eliminates the second line of text, but I can’t get the reverse to work.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Range("A1").ClearContents (to empty the cell)

to delete the entire row: Rows("1:1").Delete Shift:=xlUp
