Have the following formula that works OK, only problem is that I want to get rid of 'False' being a result.
=IF(ISTEXT(D13),IF(N12<99.5%,"Under Del",IF(N12>100.5%,"Over Del",IF(AND(N12>99.5%,N12<101.5%),"OK", ""))))

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Try this:

Excel Formula:
IF(ISTEXT(D13),IF(N12<99.5%,"Under Del",IF(N12>100.5%,"Over Del",IF(AND(N12>99.5%,N12<101.5%),"OK", ""))),"")
