Hi! Restricted values are working for column when selecting from the drop down menu in each cell. However, when keyboard entering first few char's, the correct value shows ("autocomplete"), but Excel does not accept it, and we cannot move to the next column in a table.

Details:
  1. 2 worksheets, first sheet has the target data ("AAA", "BBB", "CCC", "DDD") or such in lookup table.
  2. Second table has column to be filled with target data, and data validation works, as stated, with the dropdown menu in each cell.
  3. If, in the appropriate second table column, we type "bb", "BBB" is shown (correctly), but Excel does not allow us to tab/crlf to the next cell, instead giving the error msg above.
  4. We want to have the ability to keyboard in the first 2 or 3 chars and press <TAB>, for "auto-complete", and/or speed of entry.
Any/all solutions appreciated. Office 2013 version. Hope I was clear...
