Retrieving auto archived emails in Outlook?

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a good site to ask this question, but I am desperate so I figured I'd try. Outlook obviously auto archives emails and deletes stuff after awhile. One of my emails got deleted that I desperately want back. Is there a way to get it back? Or, perhaps one knows of a better website to post this at or a former discussion or maybe a webpage. Help is very appreciated.
