Run a Macro On Opening of A Workbook having Specific Name

Dear All,
i want a macro , that auto runs, when i open any of Workbook having Text "ATL" at end of file's Title. but not on others
e.g

macro to run on , above1st File, when i open.. but not on others...

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Typically, what you would do is place the VBA code in the "Workbook_Open" event of that particular Excel file that you want it to run on.
Then it will run automatically when you open the file (provided you have VBA/Macros enabled).
