Run another macro cut the data and paste it into macro

Hi All,
I am having 2 macros, one is i created another one is client side macro.what we have to do is, in the macro1 C columns having some data copy the data and paste it in macro2 run the macro itself, after run the macro2 the data will be shorter and capitalized this part macro 2 will do , after that cut the data from macro2 and paste it into C column macro1 , I tried the code but it's not working
Can you please help me with this.
