I have a list of numbered ideas and a basic RPN calc. I haven't done this in years so I can't even come up with the official name, but its essentially a scatter plot with a single point for 2 variables.

Cost/Difficulty on the Y axis
Potential on the X axis
Each point labeled with the Opportunity #

I need to see Opportunity 2 plotted as a single data point that indicates moderate difficulty with higher than average potential somewhere in the upper-right quad

Am I making sense?
Sample data:
Opportunity Cost/ DifficultyPotential
2218
3212
416
5218
6212
7112
824
913
10116
11212
12424
1326
1446
1543
16424
17316
1823
1922
2013
2114
