The source of this example was a PDF which was then converted with Soda PDF. I would like to find a way to accomplish my goal without purchasing Soda PDF as an interim step.

I need MTD figures in one row and YTD figures in another. Eventually, MTD figures only will be imported into a database.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
In 2016, PQ (Power Query) was an add-in of excel and i believe you could import (partso of ) a pdf with it.
Perhaps, you can use that one first, before purchasing.
Google, plenty of videos.
