Set negative number with bracket in Format Cells

Hi,

Please advise how to set the negative number with bracket under Category "Number" in Format Cells.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
In Windows Regional settings, I set my negative number format like this:

Once that is done, then in Excel you get these choices in the 'standard' number format options
