I am new to excel and wondered if there was a way to automate scheduling staff for the month.
Basically I have to have 1 person in everyday Monday to Saturday and then 2 people on a Sunday.
I currently have 7 staff who will send me their avaiability of what days that month they can or cant work at the start of each month.
I would like it to be as fair as possible so everyone is getting similiar number of shifts per month.

Thanks for your help
