I have an extract from a system I need to analyze and report on. In this extract there are 2 responses "yes" and "no" which are systems generates responses. if the response is yes - no action. if the response is yes, there's an action. the action is then assigned to person 1 or person 2. What my aim is to get a solution (preferably a simple formula built of a if statement) which will check one cell and based on the response will return a response from another cell. Any help please?

What about some small dummy sample data and the expected results with XL2BB?
