I'm looking for a simple solution, if there is one, for a macro to check for a folder, create it if it doesn't exist, or move on if it does exist
Here's part of what I have:
VBA Code:
Sub PrintPDF()

    Dim ws As Worksheet
    Dim vFile As Variant
    Dim sFile As String
    Dim LDate As Date
    Dim datey As String
    Dim dateym As String
    datey = Format(CStr(Now), "yyyy")
    dateym = Format(CStr(Now), "yyyy-mm")

     MkDir "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey & "\" & dateym

End Sub

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
VBA Code:
    If Dir("C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey, vbDirectory) = vbNullString Then MkDir "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey
    If Dir("C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey & "\" & dateym, vbDirectory) = vbNullString Then MkDir "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey & "\" & dateym

Solution
Hi John_W.

Excellent !!! Thank you !!!
I only made 1 change:

If Dir("C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey, vbDirectory) = vbNullString _
Then MkDir "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey
If Dir("C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey & "\" & dateym, vbDirectory) = vbNullString _
Then MkDir "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Finance\Consolidations\" & datey & "\" & dateym
