sort range with names and zeros alphabetically

Greetings dear friends please someone help me on this issue
I have a sheet with data in column B13:B501 C13:C501 that comes with a formula from another sheet with cells with zeros
I want to order in calumna E from E13 in alphabetical form without taking into account the zeros
I do this manually but first the cells are shown with zeros and at the end data with text strings or names
so from E13 it should start an WATER, FUELS, .............
Thank you

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
From the description of sounds like you just need to do what you are doing but reverse the sort order.
