I wanted to sort by the highest profit that has the highest frequency.
So data should be

Cultured Marble Vanity Top 43 140%
GE Dryer 51 98%
Kitchen Countertop 80 82%
Vanity Cabinets 67 75%
Level II Bath Tile Package 51 75%

And so on....

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
if i'm reading you correctly then...
assuming your data is in columns A B C
then you could do
DATA SORT
Select "My list has header Row"
sort by % Profit/Unit --- Decending
then by Frequency ---Decending
