Staffing Template per Project

Hello! General excel question, does anyone have an excel template they recommend for tracking employee hours per project? Ultimately, I am looking to have Project Managers fill out a sheet with each person, their rate and hours per week. This way I can track a person's utilization each week while also gathering revenue forecast information.

I have used a number of templates from the site Vertex42 before. You might be able to find one that matches your requirements or one that you can use as a base to create your own.
