Hi I want to replace the word REST for the cell value which contains "fall out boy". This is a duty roster that I am working on and the original formula was =IF($C3=$G$1,"day off",$D3) . Now I want to put "fall out boy" as cover on Spiderman's day off and of course the rest of the people. I have tried using nested functions however I am coming up short on this one. IS there any way this can be done?

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
