Subtract all negatives from positive

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a safe and happy New Year day. I have a question I'm trying to subtract all negative numbers in yellow T2X represents the total so when subtracting that will = 0

I'm using =SUM(N2:AD2) however since one of the codes is also numeric is also summing it. Any advice I will apricate.

If you change the formula so that it doesn't include the code cells then the problem is solved, I've done the first 3 to get you started.

=SUM(O2,Q2,S2)
