Hi,

Newbie here and would be very grateful if anyone could help.

I have a spreadsheet, where people enter the number of steps they have walked on a certain date. The idea is for people to add up their steps and can hopefully show they have virtually walked from John O Groats to Lands End together (1712832 steps).

However, when testing the spreadsheet I have found that if they manage to walk more than 1712832 steps the subtraction formula I have used (1712832-E46) will show a minus figure and the bar chart will show the bar chart going the other way.

So my question is it possible to have an IF statement or anything else in place if 1712832 steps is walked the formula starts again, but all steps are still shown on the graph?

I was thinking something like “=IF(B36=0,” but not sure how to do this.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
