Sum same values

Dear All, I want to sum Defect counts if plant , type and defect code( all off them are same).
Its easy to sum according to single variant but I could not do it for multiple variants.

Could you please help me about the issue.

I think you didn't state your question accurately. You said all three the same. Looking at your example provided, did you actually mean, for example, to sum all of the rows that have:
'x,q,a'
'x,q,b'
'x,r,a'

etc ?
