Sum Values in Dynamic Range Excluding the Last Value

Hi,

I have a range (H9:H19) which may contain anywhere between 3 and 11 values. Is it possible to sum all the values, excluding the last value in the range?

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
