Sumbit icon to save and send worksheet by email

Hello my genius friends,

I have a worksheet in Excel with questions for users to fill out; I want to insert a command to send that spreadsheet to save and then send an email to a specific email address and also fill out the subject line with a text.

I see a few posts about this with a reference to http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm. But I would like to do this through a Submit icon that I create myself…
Is this possible?

The SUBMIT icon simply replaces a COMMAND BUTTON. Either would be connected the to macro that creates the email / attaches the worksheet / sends the email.
