Sumif two columns not match

Hi
I am looking for a formula based on the grid below. Please note column labels at top. I would like to find the sum of the three values in O-Q if the to numbers in G&H do not match
So in the case below - i want the sum of the bottom row, which would be 3, because the first two columns match. Anyone who could help would be a life saver. I hope that makes sense

2019	2020	Value1	Value2	Value 3
3	3	1	2	3
1	1	4	6	6
1	2	1	2

Assuming the first row of data is row 2, the formula is:
=IF(G2=H2,"",SUM(O2:Q2))
Then copy this down to each row.

That has worked row by row.
I have a summary tab however that i would like a single formula without having to use a row by row tab. This would need to be for the entirety of columns G&H and only add the values of the cells in the entirety of the columns in the rows where G&H do not match - if that makes sense.

=SUMPRODUCT((G2:G4<>H2:H4)*(O2:Q4))
