Hi,
I'm creating a document, where I want the number of items added, where the criteria is met, but for the duplicates to be ignored.
I've attached a screen shot, showing the formula I'm using and what I would like to have the answer be.

Thank you for your help.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(COUNTIFS(A$2:A2,A2)=1,SUMIFS(B:B,A:A,A2),"")
