System Error &H800736B5 (-2147010891)

Hello,
As in the title I have such an error on opening the excel file, on saving and on closing - I can't do anything. I can work in the files but I can not save my work.

I tried to change th XLSTART folder path in advanced options but it won't save after pressing the OK button:

It just stays blank.
Do you have any ideas?

You shouldn't need to set that as it is a default startup path. What files do you have in that folder?

Only one "PERSONAL.XLSB"

Also, I've tried to do it according to this, since it helped this guy:

Nothing happens. It is still the same error.

Thank you. I don't have admin allowance, since it is computer in the office but I will ask them too do it for me and let you know if it helped.
