I need to import data from text file to excel and from that sheet(sheet1) need to fetch specific rows with title(row which have Transaction and successful and failed) to another sheet(sheet2) with color difference as Green for successful and Red from failed.

Help me with Macros VBA code

After you import the data, does it appear as an Excel table? Recognisable as a table with striped rows and filterbuttons in the headers.
Yes it's imported as Excel table(green colour)with filter button

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Ok. The code should work then. I'll check it again later this week.

The macro should work. It needs to be run when the sheet with imported data is selected (visible). If you want to run the macro from a different sheetlwt me know. But first test it with the imported data visible.
