Transferring any rows of Excel to Specified excel

hello

how can do this :
** Transferring any rows of resource Excel to Specified excel that have the word "IC" in column for example "G"

i have a excel file
any register enter to this file
i have many excel file with separate register
i need any excel get data from main register excel by for example cell in column G
example :
row 1 / cell in column g row 1 = IC / specified excel related to IC Register get data (rows with "IC" cell) from main in automatic
