Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
How about:

Excel Formula:
=LET(RemovedLegacy,INDEX(FILTER(A2:D13,D2:D13<>"Legacy"),,1),FILTER(RemovedLegacy,RemovedLegacy<>"Colour"))

Excel Formula:
=TRANSPOSE(FILTER(A2:A13,D2:D13<>"Legacy"))

Another option
Excel Formula:
=TOROW(FILTER(A2:A100,D2:D100<>"legacy"),1)
