Trim after 3rd character

How do I remove text after the third "|" ? I am not very proficient with these types of formulas.

A2 = Thermo Fisher Scientific|Centrifuge, Tabletop|HEMATASTAT II|FR
B2 = LEFT(A2,FIND("|",SUBSTITUTE(A2,"|","!",LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,",",""))))-1)
Result = Thermo Fisher Scientific|Centrifuge, Tabletop
Need => Thermo Fisher Scientific|Centrifuge, Tabletop|HEMATASTAT II

How about
Excel Formula: 
=LEFT(A2,FIND("^",SUBSTITUTE(A2,"|","^",3))-1)
