Trying to do vlookup to find the totals for the agent I am use vlookup but it is not working

I am trying to do a vlookup to find the totals for the agent. The agent is highlighted Red and the total that I need is in highlighted Red also. how would I do the vlookup because the agent name is in two time will a vlookup work.
