Two operations for one column

I need to show two differences in one column. #1: i need to format the cell for anything greater than 5000. I completed that in conditional formatting. #2. In the same column without erasing the confessional formatting, i need to show a formula above 5000 but below 10000. Are both operations possible to do in the same column?

You could add a second Conditional Formatting condition.

I did but because some info is shared, it overrides my 1st operation. I watched your video and did the IF formula. They are super helpful!!!
