Unable to set the FormulaArray property of the Range Class

I get the subject error message with this VBA code. If I type the formula directly in the cell, there is no issue.

Sub index_multiple()

That book must be open.

Rates

The book must have a sheet with that name.

I already tried your macro and if the workbook is open and has a sheet with that name, the macro works fine.
