update the value in the cells

Hi.,

please find the table.

Here i want the following

1. search values of unique to be picked up from the range or from the column headers (search range J2:M32)
2. Corresponding table will have the unique headers.
3. the unique value in the cell of the search range matches to the column header the corresponding cell value has to be incremented by 10.
2. if the unique value in the next cell of the search range matches to the column header again the corresponding value has to be incremented by 10. like this all the cell value has to be checked. for the each cell value the corresponding cells in the corresponding column has to be incremented.

How to solve this?
