I have an excel file for which I get an update every week.
The layout is the same and I want to compare the old and new file by order number, start date and end date.
Rows that have remained the same can remain in the old file.
I only want to keep the rows from the new list that are different from the old file or that are new
Can someone help me to some formula or VBA code to do this, example in the picture below.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
It's hard to work with a picture. It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshot (not a picture) of both sheets ( old and new ). Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary). Alternately, you could upload a copy of the two files to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark each file for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to each file that you can post here.
