Im trying to subtotal just saturday in a named range, so have a helper column, saturday is number 7 in the DayOfWeek column.

I have a named range =TblUsageData[[#All],[00:30]:[07:00]]

So that correctly highlights the right columns, but need to just subtotal some rows,

can't work out the syntax to add in an if, something like

=if DayOfWeek="7" then subtotal(9,TblUsageData[[#All],[00:30]:[07:00]]))

(There's an @ somewhere in there, i can smell it)

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
New column in Table Named Mid-Seven

=SUM(TblUsageData[@[00:30]:[07:00]])*([@DayOfWeek]=7)
