Using "Between" values in a form box

I am trying to pull in information using a between factor with dates.

So I want to pull in how many claims an individual works within a weeks timeframe? I am able to get the information by using just one day at a time, but I am sure there is an option to get the between data in once click.

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Between is inclusive of end points
