I am trying to make pack slips that could include any combination of over 900 items for a couple hundred locations. Typically, I would include all items on the pack slips in Word and the mail merge from Excel would just show a (0) if it was not included in that order. For this project, I can only put what was ordered on the pack slips. I am open to printing these straight from Excel if that is the solution. Is anyone able to offer a suggestion on how to go about doing this?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Hwo about using the new FILTER function to copy/list only the items greater than 0 on another sheet, and use that new list for your Mail Merge?

See: FILTER Function
