Hi,

I’m using the =INDIRECT in my data validating to show dates for different training days.

In Cell F2 I’ve created a list of training courses, which shows in the drop down and then in G2 the drop down shows dates for the training selected in F2. I used the ‘Create from Selection’ in formulas to do this.

My formula at present using date validation in cell G2: =INDIRECT(F2)

However, if I have blank space in my list (so I can add dates etc) it shows them to, is there away to not show the blanks?
Also can list information show in order of date, alphabet every time?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Matt
