Value error on sumif external formula

Hello Experts,
Why am i getting Value error when trying to sumif on an external file in the same folder? Everytime I have to open the file to refresh values.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
The xIF(S) functions (ie countif(s), sumif(s), maxifs) do not work on closed workbooks. Try using sumproduct instead.
