VBA: Combine Rows Based on Criteria

How would I be able to combine cells based on criteria? For example, if cells in column A are the same and if cells in Column B are the same combine cells in C and D.

Here is the sample data:

	A	B	C	D	E	F	G
1	Test1	Blue	Something1	Cool1
2	Test1	Blue	Something2	Cool2
3	Test2	Orange	Something3	Cool3
4	Test3	Red	Something4	Cool4
5	Test3	Green	Something5	Cool5
6	Test4	Gray	Something6	Cool6
7	Test4	Gray	Something7	Cool7

</tbody>

So based on the example, combine only C1 & C2 and D1 & D2 and C6 & C7 and D6 & D7.

The output should be in the cell directly below the last same row and have a delimiter.

So for example, directly below row 2 the output should look like:

	A	B	C	D
1
2
3	Test1	Blue	Something1|Something2	Cool1|Cool2
4
