VBA: How can I extract new joiners from the Oracle System with all their information on excel on a routine bases (twice a month)?

Hello I am a beginner that is strongly ambitious to automate many processes in the HR function. Kindly assist me with a human resources process that will ease the extraction of new joiners details as a routine bases.
