VBA: Save hyperlink file address in "column A/rows" with the given name in "column B/rows" respectively.

I have file web addresses in "column A per row"
and desired file name to "save as" is given in "column B per row" respectively.
Now how can I save it in a specific folder tiled "master"?
Some rows are blank either in A or B or both columns.

If I give the folder names in C can I save the files in the respective folder after creating it with VBA?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
How to save web links in column A with given names in column B in respective rows using VBA ?
