Hi All,

I have 3 columns in a table Name, RESOURCE STATUS and ASSIGNMENT STATUS.
I want to create a macro which will filter if below mentioned condition not satisfy.

Example Data table :-

NameDOMAINRESOURCE STATUSASSIGNMENT STATUSRemarks
ADelhiENGAGED/APPROVEDignore case from macro
BDelhiENGAGED/APPROVEDneed to filter using macro
BMumbaiLEFT PROJECTneed to filter using macro
CDelhiLEFT PROJECTOLD-INACTIVEignore case from macro
CMumbaiENGAGED/APPROVEDignore case from macro
CKolkataENGAGED/APPROVEDignore case from macro
DMumbaiLEFT PROJECTOLD-INACTIVEneed to filter using macro
DKolkataLEFT PROJECTneed to filter using macro
DKolkataLEFT PROJECTneed to filter using macro

1) Case 1 Now in above table Name "B" is repeated twice and status here is "ENGAGED/APPROVED" & "LEFT PROJECT" both. so in that case "OLD-INACTIVE" should be mentioned in front of "LEFT PROJECT" and we need to create a macro which can identify this case.
2) Case 2 name "D" is repeated 3 times in list and "Left project" status only repeated 3 times. So "Old-inactive should be mentioned against first 2 repetition. we need to create a macro which can identify this case.

Can anybody suggest me any macro to achieve this goal ?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
