vlookup to see if 2 teams have played each other in different columns

How can I make a formula to find what team has played Los Angeles Rams in week 1 and 2 and other weeks.
I know you can use the vlookup formula in week 1 and use the vlookup choose in week 2 to see what team Los Angeles Rams played.
I want to be able to make a formula that when I place it in any week it will find who the Los Angeles Rams played.
Much appreciated if anyone can help. Because the Los Angeles Rams will be sometimes in column 1 and sometimes in Column 2 depending on if they are at home or away.

I got it to work. I just needed someone to push me a little.
my question how do I finish the IFERROR if I don't want it to say anything. like
when I type this

I get a error message.
